Dear Supporters and subscribers,

First of all, I wanted to say thank you to all who attended the spaghetti dinner! It was truly a very enjoyable and successful evening. And the spaghetti was quite delicious! Thank you for coming and making it such a great night!

I just wanted to update all of you on how support raising is coming along. As of right now, I have $1,970 in my account. I just sent in the money from the spaghetti dinner this morning so once that is in i will have about 45% of my total needed funds which includes airfare from Atlanta, GA to South Africa in September, and back to Atlanta in December. I need to have 60% of my cost in my account be for I can go to J. Bay, so I still need quite a bit. Including airfare, the cost for this trip is actually going to be around $8,450. This cost only includes one airfare ticket. I also need airfare to and from Atlanta, GA and to Jeffery's Bay in January and home in May.
