This Weekend marks three weeks till I go back to Colorado! I am so excited to come home and see everyone and see snow. It is a little bitter sweet for me because I will be home for a whole month and that is a long time to be away from ministry. Building friendships and relationships here has been so much fun and it's going to be hard to have to take a break from those things. But I am very excited to go home.

Thursday was Thanksgiving (as you probably know) and we had such a wonderful time. We are all on different chore teams (teams of three) and each team made at least two dishes. I started cooking before we went out to ministry and came back and finished. It was so great to have a feast like that with such a wonderful family. We went over to our leaders' house (Chris and Christina) and we had 5 guests that are not on our team. It was such a wonderful dinner. Turkeys aren't as big here so we had to make three turkeys. There were 25 of us at dinner.

it was such a great day and i have so much to be thankful for.
